GM plants in Mexico cleared to reopen

Vehicle output at a factory in Silao, which makes the Chevrolet Silverado pickup, and Ramos Arizpe, which produces crossovers, is tentatively scheduled for Friday, the company said late Thursday. The restart, GM added, will depend on the status of parts suppliers.
